• Technical information used to prevent spam and abuse: a one-way hash of your IP address, your browser type and the page you came from.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare quotes.
• To contact you about your inquiry by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• To keep records of quotes and orders.
• To protect the website from spam and abuse.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Information stored on your device

Your Inquiry List, recently viewed products, recent searches and unsent form drafts are stored in your browser, so they're there when you return. They stay on your device until you clear them. We don't use advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects our forms from spam, may process technical information about your browser.

Where it's stored

The website and its data are hosted on Cloudflare. Attachments are stored privately and are available only to our staff.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as we need them to respond and for our business records. The retention period will be confirmed before launch.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing sales@crystalmedics.com.
